Return Policy

• Eligibility: Product can be returned only if unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.
• Request Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: In case of wrong/damaged product, we will bear the shipping charges. Otherwise, customer bears the return shipping.

Replacement Policy

• Eligibility: Free replacement will be provided if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Request Period: Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Processing Time: Replacement product will be Delivered within 5–7 business days after return pickup.
